Landscape, trees and late fall colors

Photographing the landscape is a huge challenge, it is easier sometimes to to concentrate on a subject and try to stand out its personality.  I am becoming more interested in trees and forestry in recent years and I have been photographing forests in different seasons trying to capture their essence.  My challenge now is to understand the new landscape I live in.
