Foraged flora - Gladiolus ilyricus

Last weeks have been mosty dedicated to re-organizing the garden for the summer, that needs to be done rather fast given the high temperatures of past days.  While the garden is taking shape, I also had time to   explore the area and find nice widlflowers and local vegetation, with which I created floral arrangements.

This post is starting a new section of the blog dedicated to foraged flora, that will portray images of seasonal floral bouquets arranged from the surroundings vegetation.

The first floral is with gladiolus ilyricus, commonly known wild gladiolus, native to the mediterranean basin and that thrives mostly in meadows.
