This weekend I visited a friend's organic nursery near Ses Salines, Jardin del Sur by Jean-Pierre Nivet. They are already preparing seedlings and soil for the new sowing season. They specialized in organic vegetables and herbs, and are adapting some new species to the island climate, with good promising results. They are already open and welcome visits to choose your own, plus the landscape is gorgeous!
